Eligibility: 2018 Marlboro Ranch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia and who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Employees of Philip Morris USA Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies including HelloWorld, Inc., and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts, Michigan, and where prohibited. 3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on July 2, 2018, at or about 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2018, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Administrator's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first become a registered user at https://www.marlboro.co
Then, follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) entry per eligible smoker during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the CCN used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. Email addresses will be used solely for win notification and not for entry. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the winning CCN. Emails containing an invitation to enter the Sweepstakes may not be forwarded for use by any party other than the Presenter's intended recipient.
5. Prize Drawings and Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select five (5) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period on or around August 1, 2018.
Each potential winner may be notified by email, mail or phone. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), prize is returned as undeliverable, if the winner refuses to accept the prize (or any partition thereof) as awarded, or prize or applicable documents are undelivered based on missing information (including, but not limited to, a valid address and valid phone number), potential winner forfeits his/her prize. One (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which un-awarded prizes will remain un-awarded.
Potential Ranch Trip Winners will be required to (i) sign and return a Declaration of Co mpliance/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release and (ii) submit sufficient proof of age in the form of a legible photocopy of a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., a driver's license) bearing a complete name, address, date of birth and signature ("Prize Documents"). All completed Prize Documents must be returned within seven (7) days (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays) of attempted notification. Potential winners and travel companions must be physically able to travel and participate in Ranch activities without endangering their own safety or that of others participating in the activities, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion. Presenter requires potential winners and their travel companions to complete a Medical Questionnaire and Liability Release as a condition of participation. Presenter will review the responses with a licensed physician and determine in its sole discretion whether each potential winner and potential winner's travel companion are capable of meeting the physical demands required to travel and participate in the activities without putting the potential winner's or travel companion's health or safety (or the health or safety of others) at risk. In the event a potential winner is deemed unfit to attend and/or participate in Ranch activities or is deemed ineligible for any reason, he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize without any compensation. In the event a potential winner's travel companion is deemed unfit to attend and/or participate in Ranch activities or is deemed ineligible for any reason, he or she will not be eligible to travel to the Ranch and the potential winner may be allowed to pick another travel companion, time permitting and as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion. Presenter's decisions are final. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner, time permitting.

Any person who has been convicted of a felony, is the subject of a pending arrest warrant, is the subject of a pending criminal trial or sentencing, is on criminal probation, or has been convicted of a misdemeanor or any offense involving (a) any crime against a person, including any crime of violence or threatened violence, domestic violence or sexual offense, (b) theft, (c) robbery, (d) burglary, (e) fraud, (f) forgery, (g) manufacture, use and/or distribution of controlled substances or (h) any crime against public order, including disorderly conduct or public indecency, or is a habitual offender with three or more misdemeanor or summary-type offense convictions is not eligible to win a Ranch Prize Trip (and forfeits the prize) or to be designated as a winner's traveling companion. Presenter reserves the right to conduct background check(s) on potential Ranch Trip Prize winners, and potential Ranch Trip Prize winner must cooperate with Presenter as a condition of prize award. In addition, Presenter reserves the right to conduct background check(s) on potential winner's traveling companion(s), and such traveling companion(s) must cooperate with Presenter as a condition of participation. Any false statement by a winner will result in automatic disqualification. Trip winners will be notified by overnight mail approximately four (4) weeks after returned Prize Documents are received, and winner's and winner's traveling companion's eligibility is determined. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Presenter or prize will be forfeited. Winners must be verified two (2) weeks prior to the trip date in order to travel.
6. Prizes: FIVE (5): Each verified winner shall receive a Marlboro Ranch trip consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a ranch in the western United States (the "Ranch") in 2019 (location of Ranch and exact dates to be determined by Presenter at its sole discretion). Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner's and travel companion's residences (determined by Presenter in its sole discretion) to commercial airport near the Ranch; three (3) nights' accommodations at the Ranch determined by Presenter in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport; meals at the Ranch (menu determined by Presenter in its sole discretion); and a check for $600 made payable to the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $4,890. All travelers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon arrival at the Ranch. A valid, unexpired driver's license may be required to be eligible to participate in certain activities at the Ranch. Winner must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Presenter and attend the Ranch location specified by Presenter. If winner cannot travel on dates specified, prize may be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Presenter will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Presenter's sole and absolute discretion. Presenter will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Presenter's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Presenter air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Presenter's sole discretion. In the event winner does not travel to the Ranch, that portion of the prize (including both the winner's and travel companion's airline tickets) will be forfeited and airline tickets canceled. Presenter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. In the event a winner's travel companion is deemed ineligible, winner may be given the opportunity to select an alternate travel companion, time permitting and as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion, or may be required to travel without a companion or forfeit the prize in its entirety at Presenter's sole discretion. In the event that the winner travels without a companion, the ARV of the prize is $2,985 and the difference will not be awarded. The ARV for this prize is an estimate; the actual value may also vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference, if any, between actual and estimated approximate retail value. Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Winners and guests may be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the Ranch's sole discretion upon check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner's room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers: availability and other material restrictions may apply. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Presenter is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a winner's or guest's change to itinerary or accommodations. Presenter shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Presenter shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the winner at the time of notification. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.
Presenter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize event due to unforeseen circumstances, or those outside of Presenter's control. In the event, for whatever reason, any prize/Ranch event or activity is cancelled prior to, or during, the winner's trip, the experience will not be awarded and Presenter will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the prize. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the Ranch activities and events (if any). Presenter and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and his/her guest who engage in a unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event or activity or in any other objectionable behavior.
Other Marlboro Ranch promotions will be running concurrently with this 2018 Marlboro Ranch Sweepstakes. Participants are limited to winning one Ranch Trip prize across all Marlboro Ranch promotions.
Winner acknowledges that the Released Parties (as defined below) have not made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefor, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
For All Prizes: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Presenter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Presenter. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

7. Release: By acceptance of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Presenter, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize including any travel related thereto.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to Presenter's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions: Presenter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion. In such event, Presenter, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Presenter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Presenter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Presenter's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Traveling companion of Ranch Trip Prize winner must be a legal U.S. resident residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of execution of the Release of Liability, and must comply with all other eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
Any person who has been convicted of a felony, is the subject of a pending arrest warrant, is the subject of a pending criminal trial or sentencing, is on criminal probation, or has been convicted of a misdemeanor or any offense involving (a) any crime against a person, including any crime of violence or threatened violence, domestic violence or sexual offense, (b) theft, (c) robbery, (d) burglary, (e) fraud, (f) forgery, (g) manufacture, use and/or distribution of controlled substances or (h) any crime against public order, including disorderly conduct or public indecency, or is a habitual offender with three or more misdemeanor or summary-type offense convictions is not eligible to win a Ranch Prize Trip (and forfeits the prize) or to be designated as a winner's traveling companion. Presenter reserves the right to conduct background check(s) on potential Ranch Trip Prize winners, and potential Ranch Trip Prize winner must cooperate with Presenter as a condition of prize award. In addition, Presenter reserves the right to conduct background check(s) on potential winner's traveling companion(s), and such traveling companion(s) must cooperate with Presenter as a condition of participation. Any false statement by a winner will result in automatic disqualification. Trip winners will be notified by overnight mail approximately four (4) weeks after returned Prize Documents are received, and winner's and winner's traveling companion's eligibility is determined. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Presenter or prize will be forfeited. Winners must be verified two (2) weeks prior to the trip date in order to travel.
6. Prizes: FIVE (5): Each verified winner shall receive a Marlboro Ranch trip consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a ranch in the western United States (the "Ranch") in 2019 (location of Ranch and exact dates to be determined by Presenter at its sole discretion). Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner's and travel companion's residences (determined by Presenter in its sole discretion) to commercial airport near the Ranch; three (3) nights' accommodations at the Ranch determined by Presenter in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport; meals at the Ranch (menu determined by Presenter in its sole discretion); and a check for $600 made payable to the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $4,890. All travelers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon arrival at the Ranch. A valid, unexpired driver's license may be required to be eligible to participate in certain activities at the Ranch. Winner must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Presenter and attend the Ranch location specified by Presenter. If winner cannot travel on dates specified, prize may be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Presenter will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Presenter's sole and absolute discretion. Presenter will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Presenter's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Presenter air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Presenter's sole discretion. In the event winner does not travel to the Ranch, that portion of the prize (including both the winner's and travel companion's airline tickets) will be forfeited and airline tickets canceled. Presenter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. In the event a winner's travel companion is deemed ineligible, winner may be given the opportunity to select an alternate travel companion, time permitting and as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion, or may be required to travel without a companion or forfeit the prize in its entirety at Presenter's sole discretion. In the event that the winner travels without a companion, the ARV of the prize is $2,985 and the difference will not be awarded. The ARV for this prize is an estimate; the actual value may also vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference, if any, between actual and estimated approximate retail value. Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Winners and guests may be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the Ranch's sole discretion upon check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner's room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers: availability and other material restrictions may apply. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Presenter is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a winner's or guest's change to itinerary or accommodations. Presenter shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Presenter shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the winner at the time of notification. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.
Presenter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize event due to unforeseen circumstances, or those outside of Presenter's control. In the event, for whatever reason, any prize/Ranch event or activity is cancelled prior to, or during, the winner's trip, the experience will not be awarded and Presenter will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the prize. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the Ranch activities and events (if any). Presenter and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and his/her guest who engage in a unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event or activity or in any other objectionable behavior.
Other Marlboro Ranch promotions will be running concurrently with this 2018 Marlboro Ranch Sweepstakes. Participants are limited to winning one Ranch Trip prize across all Marlboro Ranch promotions.
Winner acknowledges that the Released Parties (as defined below) have not made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefor, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
For All Prizes: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Presenter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Presenter. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

7. Release: By acceptance of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Presenter, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize including any travel related thereto.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to Presenter's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions: Presenter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion. In such event, Presenter, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Presenter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Presenter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Presenter's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Presenter reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Presenter in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

They have changed it so much over the years. It used to be you had to wait 5 years and if you went but as a guest you could be eligible to win again. We went in 2012. It was amazing.

So, years ago when we went we were told that some people just get "invited"'to come back to the ranch. Not sure if they still do that. We would love to go back. It was truly the most amazing trip ever. It used to be you had to wait 5 years to win again but could go as a guest. Now you can't go as a guest if you've already won before unless it's been 8 years. Huge bummer!

I already entered to win a trip to the Marlboro Ranch in July. Unless this is a different promotion, I believe your OP is somewhat confusing. From the rules I read on the Marlboro site this promotion goes until the end of December.
