Strong, lightweight 100% polycarbonate material takes on travel without breaking a sweat.
• Kick scratches to the curb with a stylish twill texture that protects against scuffs.
• Slide, glider, push, and pull with spinner wheels that travel at the speed of you.
• Roomy shell design gives you ample packing space without the need to smoosh or stuff.
• TSA-approved locks let the good guys in while keeping the bad guys out.

When I think of the good guys, TSA is definitely at the top of my list...
Body Dimensions: 19.75" x 14.25" x 10.0"
Overall Dimensions: 22.25" x 15.25" x 10.0"
While the 20" Samsonite Omni Hardside Spinner [ebags.com] from BuyDig is a bit smaller:
Body Dimensions: 19.0" x 14.5" x 9.75"
See here [hartmann.com] for some airline carry-on size restrictions.
I have no idea quality-wise.

"Locks with an easy backdoor allow bored pervs to finger your underwear without you having to be notified" just doesn't have the same ring to it
Misleading...

They have bag sizers at the check-in counter and at the gate. If they think your bag looks big they will make you put it into the sizer to see if it fits.
United has gotten especially nasty about this. They make billions of dollars in surcharges each year gouging passengers with baggage fees.

but the few times ive flown united with my ancient and humongous bag, i was never really questioned or bags measured. well, not on any flight for that matter. not sure if colorado is more lenient?
what bothers me is why the crap they have these limits. my old ancient and large carry ons that r surely not going to fit any of their measurement or the box thingy they have up front, ALWAYS fits on ANY over head bins and that includes frontier.

They dont even bother with the key. They just knifed my zipper to open the case. Bag came out onto conveyor wide open. TSA is worthless.
These are not safes. It is just a deterrent.
Never ever.
