As the title indicates, those who have been invited will be charged a maximum of $20 final value fee per item for the first 5 items sold for $200 or more that were listed during the promo period. This is particularly great for those who sell high value items. For example, an item sold for $1,000 will effectively be charged a 2% final value fee and an item sold for $4,000 (e.g., musical instruments, etc.) will effectively be charged a 0.5% final value fee!

No prob. Now I'm just waiting to see if I get another eBay bucks on sales offer to go with this one. If that happens, eBay would effectively be paying me to sell my items.
There wasn't an eBay Bucks offer this week so I think next week is likely. Could also get a 15% off sitewide coupon instead. We'll see.
Got an eBay bucks offer today but only on purchases, unfortunately. Oh well, I have until June 4 to list items under this $20 final value fee promo. Hopefully they issue eBay bucks on sales by then.
? Careful of what? I've sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff on eBay over the last decade without any issues (knock on wood).

eBay Bucks for this quarter won't be issued until start of July.
I know that. Today there is an offer for 10% eBay bucks on in-app purchases, but not on sales. Even if they're issued in July, I would still like to get an offer on sales so when I sell my high value stuff, I'll get an extra $100 in eBay bucks for each item. That, plus only having to pay $20 final value fee on each item will mean I'm actually netting a positive amount on each sale (less the PayPal fees, of course).
For that to happen, there has to be an eBay bucks on sales promo before 12:59 pm on June 4, since that is the deadline for listing items under this $20 maximum final value fee promo. Basically, I want to stack both promos, like I was able to stack the 50% discount on final value fee and 8% eBay bucks on sales promos a few weeks ago.
This member since Aprill 2000 quit selling on Ebay April 2018.. It is there money, and their product once you list it. You simply get a finders fee..

Again, have never had any issues. Just in the past 6 months I've sold 2 saxophones for $4,000 each, various preamps and mics and mouthpieces for $900 up.
I just describe each item in very great detail and take closeup photos of and describe every defect/flaw. For instance, I describe and post photos of every scratch, dent, etc. so far, I haven't even received an item not described claim from any buyer (although I did receive an item defective claim for damage that happened during shipping, which was easily sorted out). I also received an item defective item where the buyer was wrong, but they honestly made a mistake and weren't trying to scam me.
I also take videos of me testing and packing the items.
If you post a generic/general listing without getting detailed, then yes, you open yourself up to "items not as described" claims.
No issues at all, but as always, each person's experience may vary.

Stacking makes sense. You alluded to it in your first comment.
In your more recent comment though, you said "issue eBay bucks on sales by then." Key word: issue. Hence the misunderstanding.
Ultimately I thought I was just being helpful as maybe you mixed up the end date for the period.

It wouldn't make sense for me to have meant for them to issue actual eBay bucks since those have nothing to do with savings on my sales of the items, but you're right, I could've been more precise and stated "issue the eBay bucks on sales promo."
