I know this is subjective, but what are everyone's opinions on the best way to use these 20-25% off coupons? What are some good, high value items that are not on the exclusion list that you can get a decent chunk of money off of?

Good question. I wonder how anyone could ever figure out if storage cabinets, chests, and carts are on the exclusions list in the coupon's fine print?

Before you go fight with the store manager make sure the 25% coupon works with that mower lift. It may or may not be categorized as a "floor jack". Add it to the cart on the website and try the coupon code to see if it works.

I am willing to fight...no way this is a floor jack and Pittsburgh is not an excluded brand.

BTW...I tried your trick, but the coupon is only good on the 4th, so it still didn't work, at least today.

Chiphumper gave good advice. If you are unsure if the item you want qualifies, then try it out on the website before going in. However, since the 25% code is only good on the 4th, you'll have to use an everyday 20% code (same exclusions) such as 35820562.

Also keep in mind that there are often item specific coupons that are a better deal than 20-25% off coupons as well as coupons for the excluded items. Search here: http://www.hfqpdb.com/

I do that a lot. I usually get one 25% off item, a free item, then a couple of coupon sale items. No problem.

Not necessarily a high value item, but I got a pair of good leather work gloves the last time there was a 25% off coupon.
