How can I figure out if a website is safe? http://www.dwkgr.com showed on my facebook feed showing very low prices for inflatable water slides but it looks to good to be true. I would also hate to miss out if its legit .

Use common sense. How could an unknown retailer undercut Walmart by so much? Also, why would any retailer want to undercut Walmart by that much, given that it enjoys a perception of "low prices"? It's simply stupid to leave that much $$ on the table.
This is a scam. Even a thief (who intended to fulfill your order) would charge much more than $99.99 for that toy.
