Harbor Freight 25% coupon July 19- 22 only

I received a 25% off coupon in my email today, as did others I suspect that are enrolled in the system. The coupon is valid for July dates: Thursday 19th - Sunday 22nd, 2018. This is 25% off one item and not the whole order. They will accept the coupon printed or off your phone.

On the top banner on the website, a 25% friends and family coupon is noted.

They really make it too hard now to use a coupon. Damn near everything that isn't a wrench or drill bit is excluded. I remember 7-8yrs ago getting their 4x8 trailer with 20% off. Not anymore. The exception list keeps growing and growing.

There are often item specific coupons for the excluded items. Do a search here: http://www.hfqpdb.com/

Also, the item specific coupons for included items are sometimes better deals than the ubiquitous 20% or 25% off coupons.

For everyone who (for unknown reasons) wants to make 8 trips for 8 things which aren't excluded...the master print sheet:

What do you think would be the best HF floor jack to use for a 4runner? Curb weight is 4325 lbs.

Beware their claims department. I submitted a customer incident based on getting hit with 120v from their Sieg x2 milling machine. It took a month to get someone to contact me after 5 emails and calls from me begging for help. The initial email said "hang on to the machine", but they could not tell me anything about how long it would take to get resolved. I had to escalate the issue to a manager in Customer Support 3 times. Each time they said the only thing they could do was to send an email. The first time the claims guy called me he didn't even leave a number he could be reached at. No one would give me his phone number or email address and I could not return his call. I had to escalate to CS management again to get him to call me back several days later. I had guessed his email address from his name and when I finally spoke to him live he claimed the email must have been misplaced. He will not communicate via email (assuming fear of litigation). I finally was approved to return the machine today over 34 days later. It was a really terrible experience, but the CS folks did seem like they wanted to help but "policy" was that the could not get involved. The claims guy said he would only send a refund after they received the machine at the QA location. The store said they had to refund me so they did. Claims also asked me to sign a "general release" which I'm guessing is some sort of NDA and non-disparagement but they have not sent it to me yet. At this point I doubt I'm going to sign anything.
