Mine hasn't as of this moment but my order summary says "Any applicable gift certificate and promotional balances will be applied to this order on release date."

When I looks at my no rush balance it says "Use your digital rewards toward eligible Kindle eBooks, Amazon Appstore apps, Amazon Music downloads, or Prime Video rentals or purchases."

really? my recent experience has been the digital credits have been applied to more Kindle Books than I would've expected...and I'd assume the existing credits eligibility would be grandfathered.

the larger issue for me is $175 in Prime Now credits I'll never use, would've much preferred the $35 in digital credits
