I ordered it when this was posted this morning and received it 6 hours later. I have used it on an LG G6 and it charges super slow even with a fast charger...
"Does not charge if the case is on the phone. I have a spigen rubber case and the wireless charging does not work with it."
"These do not work if you have a good case. They work if you have a cheap thin case but not with a substantial protective case"

That really depends on whether the case says it support wireless charger or not. I'm using Ringke Onyx black case on my LG G7 thinQ, and the clear version on my galaxy s9 plus, both works fine, the speed is as fast as any normal 2.0A wire charger ( didn't try fast charge since I dont have the samsung oem charger here).
Also, make sure you place the phone at the right spot on the qi pad, this is a common mistake if the phone doesn't charge.
