I just made an offer at Greentoe on the Sony XBR65X900F for $1499. They countered immediately at $1599. So they may split the difference. Not sure if I want to pull the trigger yet. I would personally like OLED but can't get the other half to spend the money.
Sony is better for upscaling regular TV content. Vizio looks great for everything else. So depends on what you watch/stream.
So the Vizio quantum has upscaling issues with crappy cable/DirecTV feeds too? I bought the P75 (non-quantum) a couple of weeks back and the DirecTV picture is killing me it's so bad. The 75" screen probably isn't helping...
I'm thinking of switching to the Sony since my household still watches a lot of cable. I was also considering the quantum if it does upscaling better than the regular P65 but it sounds like maybe not?

what does that mean those split the difference cuz I want to make an offer on this TV to for 1350
Yeah like take an offer in the middle of theirs and mine hence the 1549 offer. But they didn't.
how much you going to get the TV for and I got a question how legit is this website as far as like warranty and all that if I have an issue with the TV

Greentoe is just a middleman connecting you to an authorized dealer. You are actually purchasing and sending the money to an authorized retailer, like Bestbuy, KM, BH, etc. So I am assuming if you need to return something you discuss with them directly. Also, since you purchased "directly" from the authorized retailer, Sony will fully honor their warranty, just as if you went into a Best Buy store and bought the TV in person.
