Can someone provide some cues for Apple? The biggest decline in the stock market is coming in as few as 6 months and the fallout will make 2009 looks like a Disney movie, yet AAPL is keeping the price the same as last year...

Even if you can predict the market direction correctly you'd still lose because you still need 3 other attributes to win:

1. prediction, forecasting: directional strategy
2. entry: timing strategy
3. profit target, minimizing losses: exit strategy
4. psychology: mental stability during ups/downs and collecting data to support your thesis aka direction

Stay in school kids, trading is not a CAREER for you.

It was hard to watch all the Apple marketing speak to make this stuff try to sound cool.

Do people still care about all this stuff? A watch with 18 hours battery life? I already have enough junk to plug in.

In other news:
A study suggests that older folks would prefer to wait longer in a check out lane to be checked out by a real cashier. Conversely, younger folks would much prefer to wait longer at a self checkout line to avoid dealing with an actual human-cashier.
