LG has rules for authorized retailers that prevent them from advertising a lower price than what LG has set. It's their form of price protection. LG's MAP(Minimum Advertised Price) is $2799 for the 65" C8. It used to be that dealers would do "See price in cart" deals to hide the advertised price. I haven't seen those deals in a long time. I wonder if LG cut off somebody for "see price in cart" deals.
LG's rules don't prevent a dealer from selling it at a lower price. BuyDig will still list it at the MAP price online, but you have to call to get the lower price. They are in full compliance with LG's rules, so they don't get cut off from distribution.
So is this deal for tomorrow only? I was hoping to make the deal $500 sweeter and use price protection on my Discover and link to this being sold as low as $1,800 from such cheap flyby sites such as this:

Call-in and ask for it. When inventory is low, they will honor the previous deal prices sometimes. It's very much YMMV, depending on how much stock they got .

Other than that, some dealers like Fry's will allow haggling to get a lower price (https://slickdeals.net/f/12007375-fry-s-65-lg-c8-oled-tv-2199-haggled-ymmv?v=1&src=Si
I hope that helps.

C8 has a better processor than the B8, if that is worth the extra to you then only you can answer that.
