Yes, the power adapters that come with the S8 provide the fast wireless charging when used with these. It will be slower than wired charging, there is no doubt about that, but I don't mind the 50% per hour or so I get.

Edit: Ehh, now that I'm watching it charge, it's about a percentage a minute. Not bad.

So, with the S8 charge cord that came with that phone, this will provide actual quick charging?

EDIT: I'm trying the op's new model (lays flat vs. a stand). $12.99, no coupon needed, still no AC adapter.

This statement is incorrect, you need a QC 2.0 or 3.0 adapter for fast charging.
Note, AC adapter not included (5V 2A AC adapter recommended for fast wireless charging).
