It's not available online but you can *reserve* it in-store and they'll hold it for you w/o charge. I picked it up the Gold Edition today. It comes with 5 DVDs but you can activate the code on UPLAY and just download it without the DVDs.

It's a little bit of both because you can go through the story by yourself or you can join friends/randoms to go through it together. There are also areas you can go to do that is strictly PVP.

I keep wanting to get this game...followed dev years ago and was disappointed at launch and held off. Every time it's on sale i get tempted. Would def pick up Gold today if i knew i'd have time to play it. I'm struggling to finish the shit I started a year ago before BF V is out in 6 or 7 weeks...

Got the gold edition for $13 in a sale a month and a half back and I'm sitting at 80 hours played now. Highly recommended; it pretty much sold me on the sequel.

its not a bad looter shooter... but it is definitely more fun playing with friends

unfortunately... wildlands is basically more fun than the division due to vehicles with friends... idk

It's an MMO third person shooter. You can play it solo, with friends, with strangers, whatever you like. It is online, however.

Gold edition = standard edition + season pass, right?

If you already own the standard edition on Uplay, what would happen if you enter the gold edition code in the same account? Would it give you the season pass then?

At least in the one I picked up, the gold edition has a code for the base game and a separate code for the season pass.

EDIT: Also both are Uplay codes. And you can't mix and match the base game and season pass between Steam and Uplay versions I believe.
