Just left Costco Wholesale and found a ridiculously good deal on a Samsung 28" 4K UHD Monitor.
It appears as though the retail store is discontinuing carrying this product, and as such, is discounting the bageezes out of it. My Costco in Mettawa, IL only had one new in box and one demo for sale. I obviously snagged the NIB one.
Happy Hunting! Hopefully this serves someone well as it's the cheapest I've probably ever seen a 28" 4K UHD Monitor. If anyone needs a copy of the receipt for price matching at their Costco b/c it's a different price, PM me.
Like I said, it was marked as a Display Model but they had multiple in stock. The sales guy said that they were discontinuing it in store and thus the reduction. But their computer showed it as 185.00, so it was that store's pricing in the system (for what it's worth). If you know of / work at Costco, you probably have a better handle on the pricing logistics than I do. Just trying to pass on a good deal to those that can take advantage.
It's in my car right now and I'm back at the office. I'll post the receipt later today.
Thanks. I just called my local store to check stock and pricing and they said $249.99
I wonder if their system pulls price from online and not actual in store/discounted pricing
