Strange, but I couldn't get the plaque to add for free.
The ornament and puzzle added fine.

I've done this before without any issues. My email from Shutterfly said 5x5 or 5x7 so I tried various combinations of each size, different layouts, number of photos, etc. It was late last night when I completed my order, so perhaps they reached a limit (as was advertised).

The plaques often reach their limit early. I've run into this myself before.
