I dislike these types of adjustable weights because when trying to curl the weight next to your body, they tend to be wider than Powerblocks, which brings it to far away from my body for a natural feeling rep.

Get powerblocks, you won't regret it. Powerblocks also have expandable versions that you can add more to when/if you desire even more weight.

Paid $139 for the pair during Christmas 24. No complaints, they work well, especially for the price.

It's okay. I have this and like it. I wished I would have gone for the 90lb set for 90 more dollars per dumbbell.

I bought these a few months ago but had to return them because they broke and almost injured my wife when a plate fell off. Do not buy.

I've had these for years and use them often. For the price they are great.

There is a guy on YouTube who reviwed all the brands of these and it was downright terrifying how many of them fell apart

Ive had these for 2 years and I beat the crap out of them. They still work great. I got the pair+stand for 210ish and ive been super happy. I have used bowflex and others and theres no difference

I have these exact weights, and the plates fall off them. I have to reseat the weight, put the barbell back down, and turn the weight adjuster around to get it to stick, and then weights randomly fall off again.

What's the best bang for buck dumbbells that go up to at least around 75lbs. I'm fine with up to 90s if that's the standard weight for adjustable, but I see all pair dbs around $600-$800!

No, they aren't. Powerblocks frequently go on sale for $250 and have expansion options up to 90 lbs. If you ever need over 50 lbs, you'll have to buy another pair of adjustable dumbbells. Build quality is also much higher on Powerblocks, so for $50, it's well worth the investment if you're serious about long-term use.
