Paid $99 each a few days ago. Chatted with Walmart CS last night, they wouldn't adjust the price. Was told to return the set and reorder. What a stupid policy, they would rather pay FedEx return shipping which prob costs more than credit me the $20.
1- These were not the ones for sale at Macys
2- It however was the ones people received from Macys in which many (myself included) returned
3- They went out of stock quickly and haven't been in stock since so promo code or not doesn't really matter.
Most returned due to not being as advertised. Ad was for a bowflex clone. I didn't return the one I received, which is this exact model. So far I'm enjoying it. Holds the weights no issue. I did have one issue with it once. I adjusted in for a set weight, and it didnt change properly. Just had to mess with it rq and been fine since. I'm thinking it was user error. I likely didn't seat it properly before adjusting weights

This was recently $150 for a pair at Macys. Might still be not sure if promo code is still valid there.

2- returned because not as advertised or because it was bad?

I bought this set because sometimes I'm just too lazy to drive to the gym. This set works great. I paid $200 for it but don't want to return and rebuy to save $22. LOL

99% of the contracts these large companies have with shippers are already paid for, so they aren't paying out to cover shipping each time it comes up, it's absorbed by the contract agreement.
Long story short, that's why the reasoning/logic on cost doesn't work with them.
