Online Ordering Instructions
The T-Mobile website is having issues, so here's what you SHOULD see when ordering:

Again, T-Mobile is only selling a single variant so the dropdown for capacity will only show 128GB.
If you're trading in a device, you'll need the IMEI.
Also, during the trade-in portion, you'll probably need to choose the "carrier" as the "-generic". Do not choose the carrier For example, for the Nexus 6, you choose "Motorola-generic" as the carrier, then Motorola, the Nexus 6, and IMEI.
At the Trade-In Value screen, you SHOULD see a message about it qualifying for a promotion, instead of a dollar amount.
Towards the end of the actual order, it should show the monthly EIP cost and then a $12.50 credit.

I knew there was a good reason to hold on to my oneplus one.
All phones listed there get you $300 off.
None if you plan on sticking around. The people whining are the ones who want to cut and run. They're all butt hurt they can't get a cheap phone and get one over on Tmo. Same crap in every bill credit thread.

I'm at the event in NYC and I'm typing this up as I demo the units. Is there a way to upload a pic from the mobile app?

Was hoping 5x would be on that list but I guess it wasn't premium phone. Wish G5 qualified too.
