can someone explain how office depot reward works for this item?

My understanding gets it for $49.99 (become a member before purchase) and you get $30 back to reward card. Now you go to office depot with that card to find something else.

Yep, that's it, only it isn't a physical card it is a credit on your rewards account. The credit will expire after a couple of months if you don't use it.

How does this do with 3rd party toners? My Brother does great with them. Wouldn't want to be locked into Samsung toner cartridges. Anyone have this?
