In the past, the 20% online coupon never worked, since Breville is excluded, and you have to reserve in store and hope the cashier accepts your 20% paper coupon despite the exclusion. There was a 20% offer in my account good for today only, and I had no problem applying it to my online order, bringing the total to $255.99 with free shipping before sales tax.

edit: The price finally updated for me this afternoon and it did work. I got it for $267 after tax. Thanks, OP. I've had my eye on this to replace an 8 year old Waring counter oven that had been beat to hell from multiple moves (highly recommend, though, because even with a giant dent in the top it still works!)

The $319.99 sale price shows up if you wait for the page to load fully. Also if the 20% isn't working online, a lot of cashiers will let it go through since most stores don't enforce exclusions.

Just got back from BB&B where I purchased the BOV845BSS Breville® Smart Convection Oven Pro for $172.79 + tax (sale price $219 - 20% coupon). The cashier never batted an eye while applying the coupon.

I was using Chrome and switched to internet explorer. The $319 price showed in the checkout. In order to use the "first time subscriber", just use any email address, they won't send the code to your email. The email you put down is your code. Just got to billing and contact info, put in the email and it will show that you have a 20% off coupon. I got it for $256 plus tax. Good luck.

Based on what I've noticed, BBB online doesn't take the 20% coupon on Breville EXCEPT when the item is on sale. Once the item goes on sale, it seems the coupon restriction is lifted. I've purchased 3 other Breville items from the website this way, notably the new pour-over coffee maker that's on sale right now too:

Weird, I'm getting a message that says "item cannot be shipped to the given state" when I enter California. Reserved it for in-store pickup and am hoping that the 20% offer will be applied in-store since it doesn't get automatically applied for pickup orders.

Worked for me to do pickup/pay in person + printed 20% coupon obtained from singing up for alerts with a new email. You may have to go into My Offers using your email to see printable version of your coupon. If it's not there, you might have to try using chat to see if they can get it to go through.

In person, there were no issues. The cashier had to call someone to approve the transaction but that other person didn't question it either.

I just got it for 255.99 by signing up for email alerts. This was on my black friday list. According to camelcamelcamel 319 is about the lowest this ever gets. Don't forget e bates! another 2% off.

You are lucky. I just got the 20% off rejected in the San Francisco store. The cashier scanned the coupon and said the Breville is excluded. She called the manager over who said the discounted price of $320 was a price match and a coupon could not be stacked.
