    I bought 2 off Walmart clearance rack for $15 each. BB-9E. Previously I bought 1 BB-9E from Best Buy at $35. These will go lower. They don't work on carpet.

    IMO, they killed the BB droids by making the sound come from the app instead of the droids.

    The BBs were first gen and are basically just re-skinned sphere balls with a magnetic head. The newer toys (R2, mcqueen) have a speaker built in.

    This one's changed prices a lot. Right now they're $40 on Amazon. People can check the price at that moment to see if they get lucky or not.

    The one thing that Amazon seems to have stayed ahead of the curve with is the bands. Every time I've checked they were competitive.
