I suggest guitar over ukulele. I play guitar -> learn to solo on ukulele in 5 mins (not use the 4th string)

My daughter already has a few different ukuleles and this year keeps bugging me to buy her a Tenor Uke to add to her collection. Anyone know of any deals on a tenor ukulele?

Tenor is usually more expensive, they rarely go on sale. I would say anything below 200 dollars is good price, pretty good quality and sounds well. You may try Luna TT and Kala KA-T series

I'd like to give one to the LO as a present. The "kids" ones on Amazon are around $20. I may try one of those first.

We have a Reba McIntire mini guitar from Cracker Barrel (a gift), but it gets wildly out of tune after 2 days. I hope the other kids ukes arent the sane.

it's not something you have to jump on. the one I posted has been under $60 for months and was actually $50 during last holiday season. I actually cancelled my order and made a price alert on camel. I can wait for a uke
