On Vitamix's site, they don't specific whether it is 310 or 320. So it could be either one. They put on new 64oz container but with less than a year old blade for both. The only difference between the two is the 2.2HP vs 2.0HP motor.
There is only one menu for the E310/320 refurbished unit. They use the E320 menu as it comes with a 64oz container. The E310 menu shows a 48oz container. So it can still be a E310.
