I like that Acer for a thousand. It's~ 260.00 more but a larger screen, double the SSD size and double the ram on the board and graphics card. I think I7 is overrated on a laptop. It's clocked so low and it's bundled with an obvious gaming card. I think I5 which is a six core now right? Is more than enough on a laptop and I7 upgrade is pointless

Do you have a link? The g5 I see is at $949 and it is a 1060 6gb max q (a full 1060 3gb card is faster)

Why spend almost $800 on all that when you can get i7 + 256GB + 144hz monitor + 6GB GTX1060 + 16GB Ram for less then few hundred more?
