Home Depot's Black Friday deal that was $399 is now down to $349. This is the one of the lowest prices I've seen for an inverter generator. Limited amount of reviews, but their other inverters review well. 30 day return policy just in case. Available online and in stores still.

The benefit there tho is its home depot if u have any issues down the road..
Also notes its only 1600 running watts (2000 starting)

Honda released a 2200 watts model starting and 1800 running
Correct, EU2200. Just clarifying that they still rate it at starting Watts and not running Watts.
That Medic guy will probably chime in soon.
Based on their website, the comparison of the three 2000w in this form factor (vs their older, square box design), this is the better of the 3 models when it comes to GFCI, covered ports and covered circuit breaker...
The yellow one doesn't have either of those, but does have the fuel gauge and output meter (a Kill-A-Watt will fix that for $28), and then the other black model with a bit different design puts out 1700w vs 1600, and doesn't run as long. Really weird that companies go to the trouble of making three models that are almost the same.

If these drop lower over the next couple of weeks, it'll be a slick deal for sure. Unfortunately, the local stores only have 1 or 2 each, as usual for Idaho. One store down in Reno area has 12, and another has 7.
