Good deal for those it works for though! Thanks for posting.
The terms of this are weird - spend $100 by 12/19 and you get a $10 credit on Jan 2 that's good for two weeks only.
These promos are getting thinner and thinner. I guess this is a way to keep revenue from dropping too much after the holidays or something for those who actually take advantage of it, but the conditions are such to indicate they are hopeful the enticement gets you to spend the $100 now and miss out on the promo, as though there's some established percentage of those who will fail to use it that can be calculated to figure out the total cost of the promo.

Seems like a targeted offer.
(In this case the website - https://www.paypal-promo.com/ - is indeed owned by Paypal - cross checked at whois.com)
Just to show you how shitty these companies treat out data - instead of clinking the above link - go to the website https://www.paypal-promo.com/ - what the hell kind of landing page is that? How serious do these companies take their own brand and their own promotions? This is NOT how a company like Paypal should be treating its digital assets.
A Russian jerk and or a 50 cent party idiot can create a pseudo paypal legend in the website name and harvest a whole lot of accounts.
