$10 Amazon Credit when you try Amazon Cash at Coinstar

For a limited time, customers that try Amazon Cash for the first time get a $10 Amazon Credit when they add $40 or more. Your credit will be automatically applied towards your next qualifying purchase on Amazon.com at checkout. Simply add cash to your Amazon Balance before December 31, 2018 to receive your $10 Amazon Credit. Restrictions apply.

How it works:
1. Select Cash Services on the Coinstar home screen
2. Enter the phone number associated with your Amazon account
3. Insert bills into the cash acceptor totaling any amount between $5 and $500 - the cash value is immediately added to your Amazon Balance

Note that Coinstar only accepts bills for Amazon cash, no coins.

Is this a new/separate offer for Coinstar specifically?

Link looks like just any retailer for Amazon Cash, in which case I've already done this once or twice (at Walgreens and CVS).

If you added "cash" to your Amazon GC account in the past to take advantage of a promo, like that CVS one a few years back, and even if you used a CC instead of actual cash, does that disqualify you from this? How would you find out other than trying it?

worked without Issue for me.... my wife had a different phone number in her account and had to chat with amazon to fix it... MORAL OF THE STORY... make sure your Phone is correct in amazon before you put the money in coinstar!

wonder why this is not front page... its free 20% on Amazon!
