I was thinking of returning the fuzzy logic for this one, but then found out that the induction model uses 1200 watts whereas the fuzzy uses half ! There's also pressurized v.s. non-pressurized induction and some people saying the fuzzy is better than the non-pressurized induction. Not sure which one this is, but I decided the extra electricity isn't worth it for what's probably a marginal improvement in rice quality, and stopped caring about the rest of the argument.

I chose Neuro Fuzzy Logic NS-ZCC10 over this model because it has the reheat option which reheats the rice to pretty much freshly cooked rice. Also on Amazon now, the NS-ZCC10 is $120, which is the lowest I've ever seen it. Here's the link:

I got this during Prime Days and it either makes crispy rice or soggy rice. We have to measure the water just right or it's cooked wrong. We never had that issue with my much cheaper micom Sanyo from 15 years ago. Do you have these issues or do I have a defective cooker?
