This game is fantastic btw. I think I liked Horizon 3 a little better because of hot wheels and less emphasis on wheel spin lootboxes (purely cosmetic) but Horizon 4 is still well worth playing.
As far as I know, the OP is wrong about the best price being $30 (for digital, that is).
I'm hoping for a similar price during Christmas on the Xbox store. Got 20% Xbox gift cards during thanksgiving. Personally, I'm not too interested in gamepass. I already own the games of interest to me. At a point where I will never get through my backlog. Would rather buy this game for $30 than spend $30 on 6 month of game pass.
I don't think it was. The best XBox golf price was $38.99 as far as I know. I think OP is wrong about that. But perhaps others can chime in on this.
