I violated the SD cardinal rule by calling a limited stock store, clerk said none in stock, said he even checked SKU, only Sharper Image drones.
It was worth the drive to confirm, 1 right in plain sight, clearance tag still marked $139, rang up $45.
It will be a fun to try GPS drone.
Not capable enough for MTB trail follow me, however.

I saw at least one at Walmart in Foothill Ranch in Orange County, CA. Don't know if it's ringing up $45 but brickseek says so. FYI. Didn't need/want this time

That camera though... My old Sprint flip phone from back in the day took better pictures.

If you want a cheap drone with a somewhat more tolerable camera, it's probably better to do the Google Express deal with 25% off coupon for the Tello.

Bought 2, best GPS Drone I've had so far. There's not a better one out there for this price. I only wanted 1, so if there's anyone in the Houston area, that wants one for $50.00, it's yours.

Too many negative comments. This is a swell drone and a red hot deal at $49. The 720p is not great but the drone is the same as Holy Stone HS100 and one of the Syma drones (x8?) There are kits and mods to upgrade the camera or add a GoPro mount; swap to better motors; mod to add a longer range antenna; or mod for a bigger battery.

Reading reviews, it's worth understanding that people have mis-set expectations; people are surprised they only last 12 minutes; the batteries are not off the shelf; they break easily on crashing; etc.

In particular, note the headless mode; follow me; 1 button launch; 1 button land; 1 button return-to-me. That is not $50 drone stuff.

If all you care about is the camera, maybe. But this one ( https://slickdeals.net/f/12426733-dji-ryze-tello-drone-boost-combo-99-80-for-first-time-google-express-customer?v=1&src=SiteSearch ) is 4" x 4" and <3oz vs. the Promark under discussion here listed as 22" inches across and weighs 22 oz.


And the gyros, GPS, VR goggles, etc. If you really care, then better to look up the mods to put a GoPro mount on the Promark.
