You beat me to the punch. Was about to post the same. I had these stackable offers on two of my chase credit cards and my wife had it on one of hers. All in we picked up $225 of gift cards for $150. Not bad at all.

I haven't done the maths but he might be considering 30% & 10% stack but that doesn't seem to be the case from the kind person who mentioned above. Also, another possibility might be the GC he bought might have been discounted at the store [may be some sale?]
It does not stack,If an account has 10% and 30% and you make a spend then only 30% wouls trigger and not both, then you make one more spend, then 10% would trigger. This is what happened to me with Atom offer in the past
If you make one purchase will the 10% or the 30% be triggered? I'm trying to figure out what dollar amount to purchase on each transaction.

their system is so bad, in Amex at least you get a trigger when you use an offer.
