My after tax price comes to $804, pretax price is $764.

While this is the 2016 model, this might or is an all time low price for the treadmill.

Amazon lists the reduced price as $849. Two rows below the price you can check the coupon box for a 10% off coupon which reduced my price to $764. Free shipping. My state tax brought the final price to $804. Delivery at the end of January.

I do not know what the difference is between the 2016 model and the most current model, but the reviews are pretty good and the motor is 3.5.

I prefer to run outside. However, when it's 40 and rain, below zero, or the heat index is above 105, I have to run inside. Yes, I could get a gym membership, but then I have to drive there, find a place to park, get inside and change, find an open treadmill, do my run, change again (or go outside in the freezing cold in sweat cloaked clothes) and drive home (again, possibly in sweat-soaked clothes). That's easily an extra 45 minutes to an hour on top of my hour run. OR, by having my own treadmill at home, I could come home, change, do my run and then immediately jump into the shower. Plus, I am at home with the kids in case they need something.

I've been watching this specific model for awhile. I haven't seen it drop below $899. $764 with free shipping and free assembly is a slick deal. I might finally have to press the buy button.

Great price. Been looking a while for a discount on 2016 2000 model to replace 13 year old proform 1000 sport. Thanks and ordered!

Regarding the differences between this and the newer 2018 model, the newer model adds a 7" HD color touch screen (this is 7" non-touch, monochrome) and more built-in workouts (50 vs 32). This is a great deal especially considering the free setup.

And will often die just as quick. Buying a used treadmill is taking a huge gamble because you have no idea how it was treated or maintained. And unfortunately, anything past 4-5 years becomes difficult to get parts or find someone to repair. If you do find someone, and unless it's a commercial grade treadmill, it's often less expensive to just buy a new one.

When I made my purchase, I did not see the expert assembly as an option. After your response, I went back through the purchase/checkout process without fully completing the purchase, and again, I did not see an expert assembly option despite specifically looking for it. Either I am looking over it or the option is not available in my somewhat rural delivery address.

Some of the treadmills Amazon sales offer room-of-choice delivery for an extra $20, and I've been waiting for a deal on something that offered that and let you purchase assembly. This one doesn't let you pay extra for room-of-choice. The free assembly is great, but it weighs 350 pounds. I wonder how likely a tip is to get the delivery guys to take it down a flight of stairs?
