ordered over the holidays, made a mistake on my purchase and didn't realize it for about 30mins. Tried to cancel. Contacted customer service, no response. Item shipped two days later and took about 5 days to arrive. I again attempted to return the item, with no response. I was able to support the situation with all the emails to Ratuken. They credited my account. It's not only the seller I'm wary about but also Ratuken as a whole, I prefer not to use.

I've ordered in the past from these guys and never will again. 3 orders in a row were wrong. After the 3rd one I didn't even bother to complain since it was just a $30 item. Always sending the wrong items or they differed in quality that was described. Once they sent me two blue tooth's, only charging for one. I contacted them and they didn't even want the extra one back. They ended up sucking anyway. Maybe you'll get two tv's?

Thanks for sharing OP. I picked up a 4 series a couple of days ago and just wanted to say the Roku OS is everything it's cracked up to be. Couple that system with the superior panel on these models and you've got yourself a great TV at this price.

Good deal. Just know that risk of the TCL 6 series having what could seem to be unusually higher chances of uniformity issues.

You guys are pretty brave/experienced with buying a large TV online since it won't be as fast nor as easy as having to get one from a local brickstore/retailer.

Can someone comment what brick and mortars carrily this tv? I know bestbuy does although it is packaged with an inferior remote, but who else?

Will costco every carry this tv?

I rather pay a little extra to know returns/warranty coverage arent going to be a hassle.

Id also like to know for $700-$1000 is there a better 65" TV?
