I get your point, but their 20-25% off coupons are on one item. This coupon can be used across your entire order without a dollar limit.
So if you're buying one thing, waiting for a larger percentage coupon works better. But if you have a larger order, this provides a greater overall discount.
Might be for single items, but 20/25/30% tend only to show up during BF-Christmas time periods. Cart Level discounts even of 20% aren't very common. The rest of the year, even 20% codes aren't overly common. Also critical is whether another concurrent sale is happening.
25%+ are extremely unusual from Dec 26 to Nov 1 -- rarely I can remember a President's Day or Labor Day coupon at 25+%
