compare this to a laptop power brick, because thats what it is.

All of the sudden its not so bulky anymore
Picked black charger with black cable 3.1 gen 2 (12$) and white usb c 3.0 3.ft 5Gbs cable (1$) for a total of 13$ with picka/pickme combo and adding pickb
Because if you want 15-watt ports, you almost don't need USB-C, while going higher, like 45 or 60 watt ports would require a 150-240 watt power supply, which will be massive compared to what people are used to for USB chargers. (My guess, having wondered the same thing.)

Why are there so few chargers with more than one C port? I need 3 (Switch, MBP, Ipad) and could use 4.

According to the list, this will power a Switch in it's dock, which was EXACTLY what I was looking for, great deal!

Will this be able to charge a 2018 MacBook Pro 15-inch? Seems like maybe the output might not be high enough?

Agreed, this looks pretty bulky for just providing one port. But, well, can't beat the price so... in for one!

Will this be fine for charging a iPhone XR ? Worried its to much wattage. Official Apple fast charging ones are around 30W I believe.

13" yes, 15" pretty sure no ... I think 15" requires 60W PD

Like this one --> https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Deli...B07BQJWDRM

I picked up a couple of these for $20 --> https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-4X2...B06Y2YPWSM

The Lenovo's are good for both Chromebooks and also MB Pros
