But the thing I absolutely love about them is that when searching within the Roku TV it checks across all of your applications at once.
Then it pulls up all corresponding search results at the same time so you don't have to go in one by one by one to see if Hulu or Amazon or Netflix has a certain TV show or movie. And who has it for what price.
It's so convenient when you're trying to find a certain title and quickly see which of the streaming services has it for free.

It means it can accept the hdr signal but it's just not bright enough for true hdr.
Seems decent enough. If you're planning on using it as a monitor though, it seems the TCL's are a bit better in this price range

4k @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 is only supported when HDMI Input Mode is set to Mode 2 (2.0).
the viewing angels suck tho.

"These TVs will accept a 10-bit HDR signal but are unable to display it properly, either using only 8-bit video processing internally or having standard backlights with 10-bit panels, not the technology that allows a true HDR picture to be enjoyed."

My sons use them as monitors via Nvidia 1080Ti GPUs - 4k output.
These things are crisp and vivid, and the lag is not too bad for gaming (Fortnite and Mindcraft specifically).
Buy with confidence.
If you don't like, just return it.
NOTE: For GoogleExpress (GE) purchases, you can return IN STORE as well. Your return slip (when requesting a return) will have a "BBY-xxxxxxxxx" order number. I returned a Kindle that I bought in December via GE to a B&M BestBuy.
update:
Also, SLINGTV is a $30+ value.
You can open an account (one promo per email) and have free Sling for a month including certain premium channels with Blue+Orange.
Be sure to cancel, so set an alarm on your phone.
I haven't seen the new Toshiba in person yet. But I've bought a couple of the 4K Roku TCL's. The picture quality is surprisingly good. Amazing color, fantastic brightness.
