begin on January 11, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. ET and end on April 5, 2019 at 11:59 P.M. ET
open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Contest Period.
TO ENTER: The Contest will consist of eight (8) individual prediction games (each a "Prediction Game"). Each Prediction Game (i) will consist of an entry period (a "Prediction Game Entry Period") that will begin at a specified time (each a "Prediction Game Entry Period Start Time") as detailed in the chart below and will end at a specified time (each a "Prediction Game Entry Period End Time") as detailed in the chart below and (ii) will correspond to a specific National Basketball League game ("NBA Game") as detailed in the chart below.

You may submit only one (1) Entry during each Prediction Game Entry Period, for a maximum of eight (8) Entries per person during the entire Contest Period.
PRIZE: There will be eight (8) total prizes ("Prizes"; each a "Prize") awarded to Winners throughout the Contest; one (1) Prize will be awarded to the Winner of each Prediction Game. Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) VISA gift card.
Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each Prize is five hundred dollars ($500). ERV of all Prizes is four thousand dollars ($4,000). Actual Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize may vary.
Limit one (1) Prize per family or household.
