Not blaming other brands but I just want every dollar I spent worth

b. Mechanical keyboard
c. 32GB ram (Dual channel...two sticks of 16gb)
d. 256GB + 2TB
e. GTX 1060 6GB non maxq
f. 75W max power limit i7 8750H (No throttling full speed 6core 3.9Ghz) compared with other brands come with 35W 45W 55W max power limit and much lower clock speed.
g. Only 5.65 lbs which is relatively light for a 17.3" GAMING laptop
h. M.2 Sata; both ports support nvme drives if you want to upgrade
i. Battery life – " I get about an hour and a half of life - 1% battery life = 1 minute power. If I turn off dedicated graphics, undervolt cpu by .130, and turn down brightness to 10%, set everything to max battery and reboot I can get about 3-hours. With a full fat 1060 under the hood and the small battery it has, it's not the most mobile. Personally, that doesn't bother me - I bought this for gaming on the go and as a second system for gaming for my GF. Battery life isn't much of a consideration for our use case."
j. "For gaming, the 17 inch is better imho because the thermals are better on the 17 vs the 15 (like 8 degrees cooler...hence the fan is quieter too). And the bigger screen doesn't make everything look so cramped. That said, if portability is more important, then clearly the 15 is better (1 lb lighter, smaller footprint)"
h. "here was 0 bloatware (minus candy crush and that shit from Microsoft) on it as well. That's a huge plus in my book."
i. "Came with m2 Sata 256 and 2.5" sata for 2tb"
k. "For those wondering, you can scale down the refresh rate to 60 Hz in case there's a game that runs at less than 144 FPS and you don't want to deal with blur. The screen looks great at both refresh rates"
h. "the touchpad is so big, your hand will accidentally touch it sometimes. Easy fix: you can set windows 10 to turn off the touchpad whenever you have a mouse plugged in. you can also double tap the corner which is easier."
i. "came configured for the 180w power supply out of box"
j. "M.2 is an form factor, not connection type. This Laptop has M.2 SATA III SSD but it does support PCIe M.2 SSD as well."
k. "The thermals on this are better than on the 15", and is way better than the Helios 300 ( where the wasd keys get super hot during gaming). Fast refresh screen is great for games like Overwatch. Could not go back to a 60hz screen ever again unless I was forced to do it. Touchpad is a bit big, but you can turn it off so you don't accidentally touch is during gaming. If gaming is a priority for you, this rig is awesome."

m "Performance wise? They're fast. I'd put them in desktop replacement category speed wise."
n. "The included SSD is a Phison M.2 its not terribly fast, about run of the mill for a budget SSD. It does the job. It has a second slot so you could put in another larger NVMe drive if you chose to and use that for the OS instead. The secondary hard drive is a WD Blue 2TB, pretty run of the mill."
o. "Display is very nice. Excellent quality. Battery life is pretty bad. Even if you cut it down to try and be efficient. There isn't much of a remedy unless you tear the laptop down to put in a bigger capacity one. You'd probably want it plugged in for maximum performance."
p. "I just finished Far Cry 5 on mine tonight and had most setting maxed out and it ran fine and looked fantastic."
q. "Wifi signal and speed is pretty solid. Personally I think these are an excellent deal. The parts alone are not cheap. I mean the 32GB of RAM alone would set you back quite a bit. Even after they're past their gaming prime these will probably be quite functional as work laptops so you'll probably get a good deal of use out of them."
r. The laptop comes with Intel Game/ esports pack
1. Paladins -- Full download
"Free to play already. Believe it recently came out of beta. Supposedly a spin on Overwatch.. or a dev trying to cash in on Overwatchs success."
2. PlayerUnknowns Battleground -- Full download
3. PlayerUnknowns Battleground -- Exclusive Intel In-Game Content
"It is pretty popular. Even though I found it somewhat fun I stopped playing it because I would get too stressed/anxious during the last 5 - 10 people alive out of the 100 to begin with. Maybe your stress point is higher."
4. Last tide -- Full download
5. hello neighbor -- In-game content
6. World of Tanks -- Full download
7. Game Sensi - Game Coaching Credit
"Never heard of 4, 5 and 7. Doesn't mean they are not any good. World of Tanks I was able to get maybe 30 to 40 hours of fun out of. Its another free to play but with free to play games you usually have to deal with a lot of grinding to get the free upgrades or start paying money."
Anyone know if Walmart still allow VR headset to be returnable?
