My brother has one of these (#66664) and it works well. He's had it for a few years and never had a problem. From looking at the reviews it might be hit or miss on whether you get a decent one or not. $12.79 after the 20% off makes it worth a try in my book.
thanks

Does anyone know if this is a good price 15.99 and somewhat good quality for a grease gun?
Grease Gun with Pistol Grip
Central Pneumatic - item 66664
I got one with a coupon last year for $9.99. I have run two cartridges of red grease through it and it hasn't missed a beat. I might pick up another one for a spare if they ever go back on sale for $10.

Edit: It's on the current super coupon flyer for 12.99 so you can use your 20% off coupon for something else.

I had the Campbell Hauxfield (or whatever it's called) version of it. The pump is direct driven from the motor and the bolt to tighten the pump to the motor shaft is inside the pump - and on mine it wasn't very tight. Did I mention it was full of oil and had to be drained to open it to get to that bolt to tighten it? But at least it's not oilless and did work well after I tightened it.
I guess thats a good review..lol

Looking at the CFM ratings to other brands and even bigger tanks. Its better so it seems like a bargin.

Does anyone have a $60 Super Coupon for the 1.5 ton Aluminium Jack?
This may be slightly (or more than that) off topic, but if the main idea is to save money on a floor jack, then this might help:

O'Reilly Auto Parts has a 2-ton AC-Delco model in their Summer Savings sales flyer for $19.99 ($15.00 off regular price).

It's not aluminum, but it seems to be a pretty good deal. Gonna get one myself tomorrow.

Maximum Capacity: 2 Ton (4,000 lbs)
Lift Range: 5 - 13 Inch
Handle Length: 16-1/2 Inch
Base Dimension: 17-3/4 x 8
Net Product Weight: 18.48 Lbs.
Large Steel Casters and swivel casters for easy maneuverability
Lightweight for easy mobility and transport
All welded steel frame construction with rust resistant finish for longer tool life

Link to flyer ==> http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c...ad/get.oap

With no info to the contrary, I assume the flyer is the same for all their stores.

Here is what HF carries as a comparable product (item#68783):

Lightweight and compact, this hardworking jack is easy to store in even the smallest garage.

Formed and welded all-steel construction
Lift: 5" to 13"
Handle: 16-1/2"
Twist valve release
2-1/4 " diameter saddle
Easy carry handle
Powder coat finish
Smooth rolling swivel casters

Minimum saddle height: 5"
Maximum saddle height: 13"
Pumps (under max load) to max height: 32
Overall dimensions: 17-5/8" L x 7-7/8" W x 5-1/2" H
Tool weight: 19.3 lbs.
Shipping Weight: 19.45 lb.

This one is going for $24.99 online currently and with 20% off, that brings it down to $19.99. It might even be less if someone has a coupon for this particular jack.

I bought a similar one a few years ago from Walmart for $10 with a blow molded case. They really don't compare to the low profile, the heavy duty or the aluminum racing jacks for maximum saddle height (or minimum height for getting under lower cars for that matter). That said, it will get the job done for most smaller vehicles (although at 5" starting height mine won't go low enough to get under the wife's Civic). On a mid-sized or larger car\truck you likely won't get the height you need to get jack stands underneath your car or to even to get the weight off the tire. FWIW...

Someone from another forum graciously helped me out with a copy of the $34.99 welder cart coupon. Here it is for anyone else looking for one.

Sorry, no personal experience with this as I have an old hand-me-down craftsman from the 50's (belonged to my grandfather) which is still running strong. Looking at the reviews on the site it gets a 4 out of 5 overall but I'd recommend you look for yourself and pay close attention to the ones who had problems.

Anyone else having problems with the links?

I have the script that's linked at the top of the page installed, and also tried copying the link address and removing the slickdeals part, still not working.

EDIT: Seems to be working in firefox but not in Chrome

@LikeARock: Slickdeals changed something again, you should be able to turn the script thing off. I noticed it about a week or so back but forgot all about it till I saw your post. You can disable it from the Script Monkey menu.

They're not tall enough. I had the cummins tools version and it almost always needed to be just a shade taller. If you do decide to get it, get one of the small drill press vises such as the #30999. They have them in other sizes too, that one is a 4", I have a 2.5". A vise any taller then these and you will run out of room heightwise.

Yes, I own the 5 speed drill press and it has been very good. Only problem is installing the chuck. Ignore the instructions (you'll laugh when you read it). Grease up the shaft and place the head unit on a soft surface and tap the chuck on with a dead-blow hammer or equivalent. It is not a heavy duty machine for industrial use, but I have worked mine hard and have no complaints. Would buy one again.
