My store is actually pretty good. They let me pull up harbor freight coupons on the phone and show it. Usually I just read the barcode. If the pc takes it no worries! I actually become friends with most of the girls in there. Helps that I'm a girl. They let me get away with alot.
TIA.

so if I have a car that weights 2900 pounds, with a 60/40 weight split, is an aluminum jack that only holds 1.5 tons (note china quality "1.5 tons" = 1 ton) is that actually safe?
probably not, right?
In a pinch I would use that jack on your car.
But there is no way in hell I would get UNDER you car jacked up with that jack without some Really good jack stands.
The manual shows much clearer markers with a low and high point.
But in reality, the dial either touches one side or the other of the line for the numbers.
so the question is, which line do you use to line up?
You'd think a tool for critical precision would be more precise.
