Me too. Sadwalk I just found them in my Q box the other day. I actually liked the stuff but could never find it (at least for a price I'd be willing to pay Big Grin).

Before I was pregnant I liked the Passion Fruit flavor as a mixer with vodka. Cheers

I havent tried it yet but I read somewhere (dont remember where) that windex can get any stains out from the carpet....dab the stain with a kitchen towel, spray windex and dab again.....

Thanks everyone Smilie Went through AAA and got it for $407 shipped... not too bad.. was $399 in the store and with tax it would have been $422. So I still saved $15. Paid using GC's from the glade deal Smilie

And an FYI, it was a 32" TV.. we got a new dresser for our master bedroom and the old tube style TV was a bit iffy on it.. so we wanted a completely flat one so it wouldnt tip (our house is 105years old and not too level!

For whatever reason DH always tells DD to put Windex on it. She has a pimple, Windex, she gets a cut, Windex, she likes a boy, Windex. He is always clowning her. Poor Mini Thrift!

Vicks really does work! My fiance who is 1/4 Mexican and 1/2 Spanish told me. It's a little uncomfortable at 1st because it seems to raise my body temp. and made me sweat like crazy but it really did clear me up maybe it gets your blood circulating. I think it is a Spanish thing, I saw somebody mention that when they were talking about it. I was recently google psoriasis and a lot of people said that vicks clears that up too! Strange! It's the miracle cream!!

I had a total dumb and dumber small run today.
I panicked after reading pop tarts had gone up to 1.99 even though my target had them reduced to 1.67 recently.
All I had was 4 boxes (2 TQs - 4 MQs) so the girl says "I can't do this - it will make the balance too low" So she calls over dumber and he is making up all these stupid ways like "well you could take two of those and two of those or blah blah blah" Finally I said, whatever I will take it to CS.
I go up there and explain the cashiers, tell her I know that its policy to accept both TQ and MQ. She says "I don't see why they couldn't, it's not my money so I don't care" Then she hands me 2 dollars cash when I paid with GC.

I didn't remember using the Vick's on the feet--only on the chest, so I asked my older sister. She said that we did do the feet routine.

As for the Windex, no stories there since Windex was too expensive when I was growing up. We used Bon Ami Glass Cleaner. The cleaner was a light paste, almost like silver cleaner. You wiped it on the mirrors/windows, let it dry and then wiped it off with newspaper. What fun! [j/k]

I've read that some folks topically apply Milk of Magnesia on rashes/irritations.

[BTW: I'm in my mid-fifties & Mexican-American]
