I can't bring myself to do WAGS either. Maybe if they were closer to my house I would try. The only time I bother is when there is something free that doesn't involve RR's. I take it RR's are similar to ECBs, only there are restrictions for what you can use them on. It makes my head hurt just thinking about it. : O

Depends on where you redeem it. If a coupon expires on 2/15 and has 0209 at the end of the barcode it won't beep expired until the end of the month as it is not possible to code it expired in the middle of the month.
The only store in my area that coupons beep expired at is Ralph's (Kroger chain). Most of the other stores I shop at only scan the left barcode.
