When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

So quick question.... If someone were to buy Choxie Chirstmas candy went it went 90% clearance, we can pretty much ASSume that that person at most would have spent 1.99 given that I don't think Choxie makes a box more than 19.99.
Would you think to return 2 of them a week before your 90 return policy expires just to get back less than $5 or is it just me that thinks this is asking for trouble at a store you claim to already have trouble in???

That post really bothered me for some reason.....(off my soapbox now, thanks!)
Big trouble! I read about that Smilie Chocolate is usually ALWAYS good past the expiration date anyway. I would never return it; I'd eat it or just chalk it up to be more careful the next time when checking expiration dates! I would also never have bought it - I didn't even get any of the free stuff when the coupon was out after trying it. I thought it was horrible!

I may be in the minority.. but I rarely return, even when things ring up more than they were supposed to, UNLESS it is over $3 or so.. I don't usually have problems at my store, and I just don't want anyone looking at my receipts. I don't even like when the cashier likes to study how much I saved.. Maybe I am partly to lazy to go back sometimes as well. If I catch it when it happens, I get it fixed, but afterwards, not usually. As far as Christmas stuff, I probably wouldn't have taken something back that I got at 90% unless it was more value than that. I figure Target gives me quite a bit personally and sometimes I just take the loss. And I know that I wouldn't now that it is March, but that's just me!

What I think is weird is that it was purchased at 90% off with a couple of months left on the expiration date, and now that it recently expired (didn't eat it fast enough) the person wants to return it? Dontknow I guess it's within the timeline of the return policy, but it just creates a sticky situation...

ETA: I did see that Target has the right to not refund the full clearance price if it's a seasonal item...I saw that the other day while waiting in line and reading their big boards with the return policy on it. It does say that they will refund at the current selling price of the item. And, I remember thinking that it must have been a new policy or something...

Note to self...no dining at Agent B's---especially if she's serving casserole!

Sheep. Also, homework papers. And bills.

Seriously, SPAM emails. I'm running a little test to see how many I can accumulate through registering at one particular website. So far, it's working as I anticipated (which I'm happy about).

I agree, absolutely. Don't rock the boat, baby. If I can eat a $10 bag of Hershey's that I paid full price for, well then surely someone else can eat (or not, in this case...see below) a 90% off box of Chalksie or two...

The most expensive box is 25.00.
OMFG----that's ROBBERY in the extreme!!! Someone oughta report Target to the proper authorities...

Expired or not, choxie is still vomit - none of my friends or family wanted what I bought laugh out loud
Agreed. Chalksie sux! I wouldn't eat it at 100% off (but I might buy it if it were a money maker...which it never will be since it's a 'Target' brand).

NO!!!!!!

Underweather Underweather
It poured! And I mean poured until 3:35. Party was to start at 3:30 and DH was trying to get me to cancel it. I refused, of course, and it stopped for about 1 1/2 hours so the kids were able to get into the bounce house....once we drained it and dried the inside from the flood!
So it ended up being great as I have some real troopers as friends.
I don't know if I would have showed up to a party in a park in that weather!!!!!

Thanks for the thoughts....you parted the clouds for us for a bit!!!! woot

Am I missing something when I play the Pace Game? I tried yesterday and today and both times I enter my email adress, then I enter the security code and the game code and it goes to the lid page where I am suppossed to unlock the lid but it just says "loading". If I refresh and try to enter again, it says I have already played!

Anyone else have issues today?

Absolutely! Although my non returning is not due to laziness...more like taking one for the team. Roll Like you, I'd rather not have CS reading my receipts Bigeye

We've all had non windshield runs. I am pretty sure most of us suck it up and Pray for a better run next time.

:knocks on wood: I really have never had a failed run. A coupon or 2 shot down here and there but for the most part cashiers in my area are the cat's meow. Roll And no, INAA I am not calling them pu$$ies!

Ok, I need to move wherever you are. lol

Most of my runs ok, i've had one really crap run in the past couple of months so can't complain. Most of the screw ups are my fault and i kick myself later.....

I don't do alot of returns, and even when i plan to i end up finding the bag buried in my trunk 2 weeks after the receipt expired lol.

Just did a walk through this morning with DS to check prices on a few things. I'm almost feeling well enough for a good run. But not tonight because it's Monday.

I did notice that there were several Disney movies right at the $10 price point. Mickey's 3 Mouseketeers (or something like that), Enchanted, Hercules, maybe a few others I can't remember. Bolt on DVD isn't out yet, but the Bolt BlueRay is. They had $6 off wyb Bolt and Lilo & Stitch peelies on them. Posting this here because the deal thread makes me want to poke my eye out with a stick.
