Text on a 1920×1080 screen stops looking crisp at a little over 14"

Very poor reviews on google and also claims that the wrong product was repeatedly shipped to some buyers. This dual core CPU might be fine for checking email and social media or other cloud based tasks where you just need a browser, but for same money you could get a chromebook that is better built with longer warranty soooo... yeah. The 17" screen would be good for those with tired eyes or older eyesight though. This is something I'd get my grandmother based on specs. Except for granny I'd get the chromebook since it is less virus prone and simpler to maintain than Win10.

Warning, my laptop arrived and did not have a 128gb SSD included, even though specs for this computer suggest it ought to come with one. Was able to get a refund from Google Express.

I received mine and I am very happy with the purchase (I know 128GB SSD is just a typo). Is the return process easy?
