I waste a week with them after buying a Lenovo 14 Ryzen that they sold and had no idea if Office depot had it in stock or how many units.
They will tell you they are researching the issue, then that they will look further into it, then that they are really interested in escalating this issue, then that they have cancelled your order due to a technical issue.
Laughable.
Never buy from them again.

I had problems with the racoon way back after they bought Buy dot com.. I see they are now affiliated with E$bates where I also can say I had some unresolved issues. Yes it was not a whole lot of money, but these were and are the reasons I wont buy from the Racoon and am always skeptical with E$bates..
Yes I also avoid shopping at Wackuten since their Buy dot com days. They denied hundreds of rebates worth thousands of dollars and basically told their customers to pound sand while they got bought out.
