Wow! That is great! I'd be mad if we hadn't been enjoying it for the last 4 months or so.. still.. !

My only 'complaint' was it's not reversible on which side gets the two recliners.. but it's not advertised as such so I don't know why I'd expect it.

Even at full price we got a nicer couch for cheaper than the one we were looking at at Ashley furniture.. and Costco guarantee.

Not all top grain leathers are the same. A "top grain" couch I purchased from Costco had some of the thinnest leather I've ever seen and did not last much more than a year before a hole wore through. They took it back though. No matter what they call it, if it looks thin, it's probably not going to last.

We bought the Kyra Fabric sectional (not modular) for full price ($950) 2 months ago. Love the couch and ottoman, definitely happy with it and would recommend for anyone looking for that type of piece.

Gonna try to do a buy and return if a local Costco has it for cheaper now... Wish me luck.

Thanks for the tip about this one.

I called my local Costco about item #5 (2000217), the sofa and chair, and it looks like it's not being sold in the entire Northwest (Seattle and WA state). The item number still shows up in the Mexico Costco website, and you can look up the specs there. Too bad, would have been perfect!

Also, Multiple costcos in the Seattle area had a higher price than others. The cheapest I found was the downtown Seattle location on 4th ave. (Got 50% off).
