Not sure how you jumped from Captain America to matrix, but I'll answer this...

The green color grade in matrix tells your brain that those scenes are IN the matrix. Scenes outside of the matrix are graded blue. Very intentional stylistic choice. And it's very much back in the 4K set.

As for Cap, yes, the footage is supposed to be kind is muddy green/Brown grading to make it feel like it's from the 40's.

This is a really great deal at about $14 a movie. I pre-ordered because the last two movies haven't been confirmed for a US release.

He is implying the commonly accepted prediction that Captain America will die in Endgame. Chris Evans' has publicly stated numerous times that this is his last Marvel movie.

The 4K versions of the last 2 Captain America movies are definitely confirmed for a U.S. release. Best Buy even has listings available for them, they just haven't fully enabled purchasing yet.
