If you currently have any kind of Saphire personal card that is active, you will NOTqualify for bonus points, even if you are approved.
If you close your Saphire card recently, you will need to wait 48 months from the date you received the previous Saphire bonus before applying to get the new card's bonus points.
Be careful not to waste a hard credit pull Smilie

Chase T&C:
"The product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card who received a new cardmember bonus within the last 48 months. If you are an existing Sapphire customer and would like this product, please call the number on the back of your card to see if you are eligible for a product change. You will not receive the new cardmember bonus if you change products."
95 af is not waived for first year basically previously it was 50k with 95 waived first year now it's 60k with 95 af so pretty much the same
Also I'll get csr rather than csp if you spend 3400+ in travel, dining etc
It is pretty straightforward. When you use your card for ANY travel purchase (like Airbnb, airfare, hotels, Lyft, Uber, parking, some tolls, and many others), you will automatically be reimbursed, until you've spent a total of $300 on travel. In other words, Chase will pay for the first $300 in travel you spend each year with your card.

It doesn't matter what you spend the $4,000 on to trigger the bonus.
Do purchases by authorized users count? (Normally I would just assume yes but I've been burned by JetBlue Plus benefits not applying to authorized users.)

Any news if they will be improving the offer anytime soon? I've held out for a long time don't know if it's time to make the jump

I wouldn't anticipate any resistance, although they may ask for shipping related details (UPS, etc) since that sounds like the origin of the damage, so have that information handy as it's likely the shipper is responsible.

Also, I don't know what 65" screens retail at but double check the Purchase Protection claim limit. I know Chase has switched this around lately, though it used to be $10,000.

Finally, if Chase chooses to repair it, beware that you will have to cover shipping costs.

Good luck, and please report back with your results! Chase, AmEx, Discover et al seem to be slowly tweaking or changing these buyer protection policies so I am interested to hear more about your experience.
With your advice I sent them the tracking info yesterday. I received an email from them this morning saying it was approved and all I needed to do was select how I wanted the payment of $750 sent to me. They didn't need any further information from me. I'm glad I don't have to return the TV and pay for shipping. Very happy with the ease of the process and with the result.

Anyone know how much to repair a 65" tv screen? Smilie

I can't foresee a better public offer than this coming around anytime soon. The only luck may be getting a targeted offer, but odds are slim imo. You're honestly probably more likely to see if go back down to 50k, than anything else. If you want it, now is the time to grab it imo.

My wife has this and I'm an additional authorized user. Can I avail this promotion?

Apologies if this was asked before, the app doesn't have a search function.

You can always apply under your SSN.If you want to be safer, have yourself removed as AU. Make sure credit report doesn't report it either. Generally when Chase AU card is issued SSN is not needed.

Chase has 5/24 rule, 5 cards in 24 months plus if you have too much credit line with them they might not give you credit card (however you can call, reallocate your credit line and get it approved).

"This product is available to you if you do not have any Sapphire card and have not received a new cardmember bonus for any Sapphire card in the past 48 months."

Shiet...Oh well, I'm out...about to cash in my $760 total in points on my regular Sapphire card for an emergency dental procedure!

Right but since the T&C say ANY previous sapphire card, will I get the 60k bonus?

Both myself and wife had the Chase Sapphire Reserve cards, and I have the Ink Business cards and received bonuses on all those before they put in the new rule of no new bonuses earned for any new chase cards within 48 months.

Now I received in the mail from Chase banks. 60000 Bonus Ultimate Rewards points for opening up new saving/checking accounts, transfer $75K into the account and maintain that balance there for 90 days.

If my wife and I both open a new account there we can sweep up an additional 120K points? I read the fine print and there is no mention of exclusions having received previous chase credit card bonuses. Anyone know for sure?
