If you currently have any kind of Saphire personal card that is active, you will NOTqualify for bonus points, even if you are approved.
If you close your Saphire card recently, you will need to wait 48 months from the date you received the previous Saphire bonus before applying to get the new card's bonus points.
Be careful not to waste a hard credit pull
Chase T&C:
"The product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card who received a new cardmember bonus within the last 48 months. If you are an existing Sapphire customer and would like this product, please call the number on the back of your card to see if you are eligible for a product change. You will not receive the new cardmember bonus if you change products."
95 af is not waived for first year basically previously it was 50k with 95 waived first year now it's 60k with 95 af so pretty much the same
Also I'll get csr rather than csp if you spend 3400+ in travel, dining etc
It is pretty straightforward. When you use your card for ANY travel purchase (like Airbnb, airfare, hotels, Lyft, Uber, parking, some tolls, and many others), you will automatically be reimbursed, until you've spent a total of $300 on travel. In other words, Chase will pay for the first $300 in travel you spend each year with your card.

Shiet...Oh well, I'm out...about to cash in my $760 total in points on my regular Sapphire card for an emergency dental procedure!
o geez, was prequalified and got instant approval.... when i called to expedite the card, i answered one security question wrong..... now, my account is in fraud status....... i wonder if they might close the account right away....
Does this card have balance transfer feature? Like write a big check to pay other credit cards balance? Please advise. Thank you
Sure it does. You will have to pay a balance transfer fee, and pay interest on what you transfer. But if for some reason you want to do that, you certainly can do so.
Any penalty if I want to close my card within 1 year??? What will happen to bonus points received if card is closed within year?
There's literally no reason to ever do this. You don't get your annual fee back, and it hurts your relationship with chase.
Wait 1 year for the next fee to post.
If after 1 year you don't want the pay another annual fee (note you lose the ability to transfer points to partners and you lose the portal bonus too if you get rid of it) you can simply ask Chase to downgrade you to a useful, free, card like the Chase Freedom and they WILL refund the second fee if you do it within 30 days of it posting.

$600 or $750 towards travel purchase through Chase website
Or potentially much more transferred to airlines or hotels
Better overall value in general. Amazon has no annual fee but no 750 bonus in the beginning.
Generally speaking the best value for any spend will be CC signup bonuses- if you only spend $200 a month this won't help you much and should instead focus on best value for dollar for dollar spending (which will depend on what you most often spend that $200 on)
But if you can routinely get $800-1000 a month or more on a credit card you should be looking into churning as many signup bonuses as you can as often as you can... which ones to do will depend on your circumstances but typically business cards are the best place to start (since they don't report to your personal credit report) and then chase personal cards after that (due to the 5/24 rule)

Thank you for this information! I have a lot of things to read up on now.
