It's weird. I got a text this morning saying my plan is converted to SWAC Premium and just now got another text it's converted to Plus. What do I need to do to get back to Premium?

If this helps anyone...

I emailed the CEO on March 27 at 1:38PM CST. At 3:28PM I was converted and received a confirmation. My phone reboot itself and then I got a text msg from Sprint saying that I now had unlimited music from Tidal with a link to the app download.

This was for two lines with SERO.

So maybe I just got lucky before they were inundated with requests.

When my SERO plan was converted to SWAC, this is the contact information that I was provided, so would try this:


"Chat: Access SWAC chat after logging in to MySprint at

When my SERO plan was converted to SWAC, this is the contact information that I was provided, so would try this:

Go to your account online and change plans should give u an option for premium, that's what I did

But right now in my account online showing Premium as the first text in the morning stated plan changed today 4/4/19. The second text said it'll switch to Plus on 4/12/19. I just want to prevent it will change next Friday.

Is Amazon Prime is for everything or just streaming only?

I don't want to set up any perks now, just wait to make sure nothing change my Premium after next Friday even after an agent confirmed canceled the new plan from Premium to Plus by chat.

Did you contact them twice? I think that's the reason I got 2 texts because they confused I wanted to change to Plus on the second email.

I've made a chat with them online. The first agent didn't know what to do so he transferred to another one and she cancelled the second request of the NEW Plan even I didn't make any request, so I'll stay on Premium as she confirmed. Just to make sure you copy the chat with them before closing the chat window because I didn't have a proof of it while she said it'll be automatically email that chat to me but never came.

Got a notification that I was upgraded, but it seems to be different than everything I've read on here:

Saw that like 5 minutes after I posted.. they don't address what I asked about in my email though. I know it's supposed to be 100gb 4G LTE hotspot, but what's the 50gb Hotspot? Same question about Mexico LTE.

How do I set up my amazon prime? I'm currently on a 30 day trial I think
